Become A Vendor

Are you a local vendor who would like to showcase your locally grown products and handcrafted items to Fairgoers at the Chowchilla-Madera County Fair? Then you need to be part of the Hometown Treasures Marketplace – dedicated to our incredible local vendors!

We are looking for everything from food to clothing, jewelry, art, and more! If it’s local and a great tie to the Central Valley, we’re interested!

The Hometown Treasures Marketplace provides an incredible opportunity to sell your goods at the Fair in an affordable way that is structured so our local crafters can do so with limited time onsite.

The vendor fee to participate is $200.00 per business, with a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Once notified of acceptance you will receive an Agreement. The Agreement will need to be signed and returned with your initial deposit No later than April 4th. Additionally, there will be a 10% commission on products and services sold. Lower your fee with volunteer time! For every 3 hours of volunteer time, you will receive a $30.00 credit, with a maximum of $90.00 credit.

Selected applicants will be notified between March 24 - 28, 2025.
